The 2009 Conference host hotel is the Loews Annapolis Hotel, 126 West Street, Annapolis, MD. Loews Rooms are full. We have reserved a second block of rooms at The Westin Annapolis. The Westin is about a block from the Conference Hotel. The Westin Hotel's phone number is: (410) 972-4300. Conference rates at the Westin are:
$159 per night - singles and doubles
$179 per night - triples and quads
Transportation: Annapolis is between Baltimore and Washington off I-95. It is easily accessible by air through BWI (Baltimore Washington International) airport, which is served by American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Southwest, Air Tran, and US Airways. Several shuttle services are available from the airport, including The Airport Shuttle 1-800-776-0323 which is offering a conference special--$34 for the first traveler, $8 for each additional traveler in the same party.
